    Anna Bligh dropped in on Gladstone on her PR & jobs for Qld tour & announced the release of the EIS & the support of the QLD Gov. for this project.

    I was told by BGD that the Qld gov. have put their top man in the DIP on the project & that Qld gov. owned Stanwell corp. are to build the cogen project next to steel plant.

    Investors gained extra confidence after the open support of Qld gov.
