I have another question for Nick for the February webinar...

Background
Some delays have been attributed to long waits for app approval.
It is unclear who is responsible for creating new client websites and creating/getting approval for new client apps.
There must be great scope for 're-inventing the wheel', so what is done to avoid doing that?

So the Question is...
What is being done to ensure  the processes for creating new client websites and creating/approving new client apps are as efficient as possible?
