CTP's long periods of silence about company specific details are confounding. CTP focus on " externalities " is necessary, essential, and contributing to national energy market review and reform however it is also necessary,essential,and appropriate for CTP to be regularly informing,explaining,educating,and alerting shareholders simultaneously about specific details of company activities,competition field dynamics,planning, and strategies. This is not happening and is an obvious contributor to current collapsed share price. Post SOA shareholder doubts about M.D., Chair, and Board legitimacy,reliability,and ability to deliver shareholder value continue. All questions are timely,appropriate, and potentially productive.
