    The Minister of Trade and Investment has recently reported on their website, that the BBI Group (as a private company) has signed a finance agreement with Zhongchong Investment Group.

    Question 1
    Is FMS aware of this agreement?

    Question 2
    Can you tell me if FMS is involved in any way with these negotiations?

    Question 3
    Has FMS given BBI group permission to use PIOP in these negotiations with Zhongchong Investment Group?
