In the latest agreements betweeen Govt and the Private sector when a toll road is constructed there is also an agreement to construct a bus lane on the alternative roadway. this has just been completed in Lane Cove area. The idea is to lessen the space for cars and so funnel them into the tollway. So far Govts have said it is for increasing traffic on Tollways.... But Goivts say BLACK IS WHITE ..........so why bother asking them
