I think it's definitely been established that you have some questions and we'd be happy to discuss them if we just knew what they specifically are
I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to everyone here to have done their own research - if there's a question then shoot it, don't be shy - that's what this community is here for.
I also think that in any business venture like this the intent of the counterparts makes or breaks the deal eventually. For now at least it seems there's very much a joint interest between the parties to pursue this transaction. Per the article, the 53 million asset value is "way too low". Not sure how this is a bad thing for RFF unit holders? If JBS decides to call their buy-back option in year six they'll have pay the break fee (and stamp duties for the transaction) regardless.
