The fact that there is huge dilution coming. 2.2b plus.
The fact that that there is a consolidation coming at an unknown ratio.
The fact that IGS has no winter garden but an opinion that has expired by 3 months now.
The fact that according to the last Q. They are already lose to broke.
The fact that Okap shows a huge management risk as every other company they has been involved with. Has been deversing to retail holds.
