Uruguay has no limit on THC and CBD contents.

Low THC high CBD is probably one of the more expensive varieties to achieve as the recreational market over decades has put more focus on extremely high THC content. I suggest you research Charlottes Web before you comment further. Bumbling fools like you do no favour for the real investors.
