My problem with IGS is the revenue numbers and the size of the market.
Most hemp producers get about $2500 per hectare before costs. Medical hemp sells for about $1 per gram.
Based on 800 to 1000kgs per hectare or 1000 plants per hectare.
When margins are that massive, disruption takes place.
They are predicting those numbers for ($1.00 a gram), which is full retail.
There is no allowance for multiple distribution channels, duty, tax's, and retailers.
In the US and Canada, in the states where it is legalized, the price of Medical is falling and legal recreational sales are increasing, because of the cost.
Total monthly sales in the US and Canada for medical marijuana is about $100 million.
