If Bulletprrof is such a great company why not just list via an IPO?
Owners could retain 50% and raise $10 million to retire debt and grow the business. Forecasting EBITDA of $5 million in 2015 this should be no problem.
Is it just a way to save costs on the process?
I think the deal looks OK and growth could be achieved but can anyone explain the above?
