Share Purchase Plan
The Board is also pleased to advise that existing shareholders in ELK will be provided with the
opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of shares under a SPP, capped at $0.75 million, on
the same terms as the Placement. Options issued to subscribers under the SPP will also be subject to
shareholder approval. The SPP will be capped at $0.75 million and will be underwritten.
The right to participate in the SPP is available exclusively to shareholders who were registered as
holders of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of ELK at 7pm (AEDT) on the Record Date of
Tuesday 9 October 2012 and whose registered address is in Australia and New Zealand (“Eligible
Shareholders”).
Further details of the SPP will be sent to Eligible Shareholders shortly.
