not so sure I am guessing they would be looking at a very small 80,000 TPA plant there are a number of these that are mothballed, probably pick up for $2M and spend $10M to relocate and refurbish alternatively they could get a new modular gekko plant.
The oxide ore is close to surface and the sulphide is accessable via a shaft allready in place but a decline probably is really needed to access both deep ore bodies so guessing a 1km long decline needed so around another $5M for that.
