Fair questions that I do not know the answer to.
2 things;
1) They are probably hidden, like most things that are contrived at the company. If they were legally supposed to be declared, there would probably be some 'oversight' in any case and then the company (read: shareholders) would have to pay the fine when/if ASIC discovers it.
2) Are you that naive to expect an answer to your questions? The more reasonable and valid are your questions, the less likely we'll get an answer.
