I have no issue with Glencore and YTG having representatives on...

I have no issue with Glencore and YTG having representatives on the BOD given their respective shareholdings and I have also been very supportive (in previous posts) of the new additions to the BOD as the company transforms from explorer to producer......I note that there is a precedent of Directors resigning to make room for new Directors which I can only assume is acknowledgement of the need for new skill sets as the company grows as well as an acknowledgement that this company does not need this many people on the BOD.

It has cost this company a lot of time in terms of making forward progress in the past........I hate even numbers when it comes to a BOD.
