"With our ferrotungsten we look forward to enjoying a substantial premium over the cost of the tungsten feedstock. That premium would be about $US11 per kilogram at the moment. Our stage one furnace has a capacity of 3,000,000 kg of contained tungsten. Our conversion costs are relatively low and the value of ferrotungsten is greater than APT" said Hazelwood Managing Director Terry Butler Blaxell.
Conversion costs in a previous announcement = $2.50kg. Once vertically intergrated and @ these prices HAZ should do very well. Price of FeW in 2013???
US$11M US for the Vietnam plant and $450,000 for 70% Mt Mulgine. Please correct the above numbers if I made errors.
M/C <50M with plenty of upside IMO. Mt Mugline JORC, production from Vietnam and Big Hill DFS all in the near term can hopefully correct the dissapointing SP.
