Can someone explain why there was a Transaction costs on share issue of $926,479 for the year when only $4,862,174 was raised? I assume Mr Goh $1.8m is included in that figure, even though it wasn't actually raised.
Was the close to $1m the fee paid to Alpha Securities for their research report? Or what was it?
