Pede, chm has to win much more than $20m to be worth anything. whatever they win a large chunk will go to the litigation funder and other supporters that have stumped up to keep chm going in the past, including the last set of lawyers. then whatever is left gets divided by the trillion shares on issue. chm might spike briefly on ann. of a win of $20m until reality sets in. what chm really needs is a $200m win. I think most people (even mmx'ers like me) agree that chm will 'win' something (and therefore costs too I imagine) but how big will be the award and what form will it take????
