    This is extremely damaging to our Company. Silvergate had their chance a couple of months ago and lost. It is extremely expensive for CAP to respond to this action and diverts management from what they should be concentrating on, increasing shareholder value. If Silvergate hope to succeed in this action they will have to let shareholders know what they offer. I agree with posters who say Silvergate should either make an offer or accept the status quo. They are costing the rest of us a lot of money in the attempt to buy our assets cheaply.
