Who knows but it sounds suspect to me, the whole deal.
You can bet when this company starts to sell the shorts will come in and smash the crap out of it. They will short the thing into oblivion and wont stop as long as it keeps going down.
The other thing is, this share sale may be done off market. They may sell the shares in one big parcel or several big parcels to buyers off the market so it would probably have little affect on the SP if this happens. This is probably more likely to happen unless this company has an ulterior motive.
Who knows in these markets anymore when corruption is rife.
