I have a ? too.Where do we stand with BPHs spp.I understand we are the underwriters,and any/if shortages are taken by us.I assume our % of any up take increases our holding.
Also do we have funds for this.
It appears to me Breezys jiggling his holding about,positioning himself so to speak.
