Energy Development Corporation (EDC) will acquire a 70% interest when the tenement is transferred into the Quellaapacheta joint venture
company and Hot Rock will reduce to 30% interest.
This sounds like a positive statement and I think management are feeling a sense of optimism here. Could this be the game breaker?
