It's got titanium in it and it can't be separated out. New Zealand has beach sand iron ore with titanium in it. How can you compete with an operation that just shovels it up? The Kiwi's find it difficult to sell - not many buyers. There is a limited market for it. The rail line is very old and has very limited capacity. It is not a main line and is hardly in use. It would cost a fortune to upgrade and the State Government is broke - so no help there.
