    All out of escrow today, so There should be a 3b announcement tomorrow.

    We haven’t heard from our fearless leader for almost 3 months since he told us he was looking forward to “leading the recovery and driving Shareholder value in 2019”.... 2 months into the year and haven’t heard a peep. .
