I have been a firm holder for the last few years. It hasn't done much in terms of SP (until now) and the P/E is not that attractive, but you just can't go past the quality of its assets and the fact that you can feel confidence that it will be materially more valuable and have substantially greater earnings in say 5 years from now. It is one of those shares that I believe will steadily grow and mature into a nice consistent earner. This is one for the patient investors among us.
