Correct... it should take some time... because this stock has a tight registry 170 mil only and 55% are held by the top 20... From my observation they are half way thru ... this is pure speculation... but we are here on HC to speculate and pick brains...
SP is bloody terrible... I cashed in my bonus at 28c... and look where we are today... if only we had a crystal ball...
In this game... time is the essence.. I held CLV clover for 20 years... SP was stuck on 30c-60c all that time with small volumes of trades... it was a dead stock... today it is firing at 120c..
Patience is bitter most of the time but it could be very sweet at the end...
