WRT lack of reporting etc,this is to be expected as the drilling/exploration has largely been done.ARH is NOT a speccie/explorer but soon to be developer of a massive iron ore mine.Perhaps,since you are apparently so desperate for a good word from the board,you could retain a Law firm and press your shareholder "rights" to gain access to the board minutes.I have no doubt that your fellow complainers/whingers will share the bill with you. You may "include me out"(btw, thats a joke).I am content to leave directing to the directors.
