If Directors of ctp were paid on performance they would not have been paid a cent in years.

All directors of ctp should only be paid by reaching promised goals and that should be related to share price only.

Directors are underperforming and so is our share price. If shareholders are suffering because directors cannot perform to get share price up then directors should share in the pain and not reward themselves with huge salaries while our share price remains crushed for years.

If directors can't understand this simple rule of business then better they do the right thing and just step down which the shareholders would expect. Chairman seems to be doing the right thing by stepping down however I am quite sure it is the MD calling all the shots as is usually the case and Chairman takes the hit unfairly on his own. I prefer if just one person had to go it should be the MD. Watch the share price rise when finally the MD does resign.
