Has CTP been systematically misadvised in the matter ? Current General Counsel was involved with CTP when the disputed events happened. Is General Counsel acting in a conflict of interest in being involved in current proceedings ? Is the contract with General Counsel being reviewed ? I will be surprised if the quarterly report adds anything to what is already known publicly. Initiation of the quarterly report webcast after shareholder request is welcome and an improvement however without generalisation of the change into regular ( in between formal occassions ) informative timely shareholder communication and relationship building it is insufficient. A different mindset,attitude, behaviour, in relation to shareholder relations and communication is needed. The existing Chairman has taken responsibility for the 2017 SOA debacle and given notice of his resignation from the Board. That is appropriate and should be affected now. I was not impressed with Wrix Gasteen's self description of his suitability for the Board at the AGM. I do not know what Peter Moore, with his geology expertise, has been doing to advance CTP while CTP has not been exploring. These matters and the turmoil associated with the SOA make it necessary to completely cleanse the Board and CEO positions. With exit of Hubbard, Gasteen, Moore, Cottee from CTP Board can continue with recent appointees Ryan, Kriewaldt, Woodhill ; a new temporary CEO can be used until a new permanent CEO is appointed. One of the top priorities of the new CEO 's is to initiate, extend, and consolidate maintenance

First part of previous post missing and is presented here. CTP CEO has to give 6 months notice of resignation. In absence of press release from CTP to say CEO has not met contract obligations CTP will renew CEO contract in June. The issue with CEO is communication. He has a Chinese Wall around himself and CTP executives. In the absence of effective communication gossip, speculation, rumour, misinformation, manipulative postings etc., are relentless. A current specific example of the issue is the defeat of CTP on all points it argued in the Texas Court Appeal just heard. Shareholders have not been progressively informed or updated about this matter.
