The Morgue seem to have their fingers in many silver pies around the world.
I have formed the opinion that yes they can manipulate the sp and ,and I believe they do.
However if their constant medaling in shorts backfires as we all hope it does , the massive stakes around the world could act as hedging , as the sp of all silver miners should skyrocket.
