Share price struggling because everyone was expecting full scale production announcement , not machinery problems.
Management claim to be close to full production , so expect a movement on that announcement.
Of course if there is continuing problems or a new fault arises expect more of the same on sp.

I dont think pos today or failure to produce production cost for the initial Quarter of mining is much of a factor.
As we expect highter initial costs.
