I don't believe shareholders are that concerned re a dividend but obtaining the real value of this stock as what directors are suggesting may not be in the interests of all Rand shareholders (Happy to be convinced though).
Expansion is fine but only if the price is right and shareholders wealth is not being eroded.
Who are the actual vendors of this Liberian project? How much are these assets worth?
If they wanted something worthwhile maybe they should look in their own back yard at TBR and be topping up the 12 million share they own rather than giving 8 million away too cheaply.
Love to see an independent valuation done on this company (which in turn would mean you would also have to rerate TBR to get true value for Rand) and then WONKEY ONE we may see the paper... you are looking for
