rocket973, no particular reason other than to hear thoughts like those in your post to inform my decision making.
Agree that SP looks good value, particularly given CF generation due to strong pellet prices and strong shipments.
Also agree investors likely wary of property investment, a diversification completely unrelated to previous business focus of producing iron ore pellets.
If I were invested, I would prefer to receive dividends so I can make my own decision about investing in property. According to another post above, property investment in Q1 alone is ~$10m, same order of magnitude as last dividend.
