So true quality Iron Ore is a big thing right now also I like to get my fellow investors in terms of what see as the valuation on the stock.
As I have seen in previous years performance considering last year where the company generated $92m in profit which equates to about 8 cents a share.
This in mind, what do we expect this calender year performance to be like are we expecting a higher profit. If so the company could generate between 8 to 10 cents per share and based on a conservative PER of 10 times surely the stick is worth between 80 cents to $1.00 per share. With $160 million in the bank, no debt and the opportunity of a dividend and premium iron - why is stock hovering around 20 cents per share.
Something is not right here in terms of valuation unless I am missing something but this stock is surely needs a kick start.
