I don't really know what to make of it.
I can see where Epi is coming from in that we should have Ropren sales soon so why the need to raise funds?
On the other hand when is building going to commence in Tomsk, perhaps it's very very soon and we need funds now.
Ropren sales might not be far away but not soon enough if you know what I mean.
Could it also be a reward to shareholders if we agree to the allocation of 28 million shares to the scientist and 10 mill options to directors.
I'll be taking up the option as it's only a 10c down payment now and I believe SLA has a bright future.
Interesting times ahead and all should become much clearer in the next month or two.
