Motors, might be worthwhile forwarding your concerns directly to the conpany as you have referred to this time and time again. I raised this issue and was advised that the actions of HPX were beyond AONs control. Additionally the silence from that particular site apears to indicate that it's not worth pursuing. I feel that this JV is not going to progress and am unsure what value HPX representation has but will gladly stand corrected if an announcement is made. Other sites will be the key.
