The sad part is we are all losing money, however it is not managements fault or anyone else's for that matter , the share price has lost a lot of value due to the HPX dilemma. The overall market for junior explorers is looking dull and any sign of good news is not being taken lightly as it is triggering a sell off. We should hope that this company does not run out of money and strikes it big with the conductor. The current markets hostility reminds me off the Global financial crisis 7 years ago whilst every major economy was drawn to its knees Australia was doing exceptionally well even though the junior explorers market was going through a gloomy period. I am only saying this because a lot of comparisons can be drawn from that time and now.
The aussie dollar is going down and very soon it will reach its true value against the greenback which is 70-73 cents, the gold price looks to soar this year given the current market. Last year was the year for graphite stocks with some of the stocks hitting an all time high and later falling back to more realistic levels. And this year could be the year for nickel, aluminium and zinc as all these commodities are set to rise with diminishing resource levels. Now back in 2009 we had some major break throughs in the mining exploration sector with the discovery of multiple ore bodies i.e.. Sandfire resources, Regis Resources, Northen Star Resources all capitalising on the gold and copper prices.
I feel if Apollo can replicate the success of the challenger gold mine we may be on to a winner coupled that with a nice healthy ore body at Bundi, it all comes down to the conductor now. And also Apollo's true value is definitely around 3 cents and its speculation value is at least 3.5- 4 cents however since a lot of investors are getting the nervous jitters it has taken a massive toll on the share price. We all have our complaints about the managements lack of communication with the investors but in all seriousness no one expected them to find the mother lode in the first round of drillings. What matters from here on is that the second round of drillings hopefully attracts attention and investment and also paves way for a discovery. If the second round fails to come up with anything than that becomes and issue however we should all remain calm and see what unfolds from here on. GLTA...
