How can they be a great board, given the irreparable loss of shareholder value that has happened on their watch?
What 'political infighting' and 'destructive behaviour'?
What does communication of the integrity of the company have to do with the share price? Surely the share price has more to do with profit growth? If market success were a matter of integrity, I and many others would be rolling in money.
How do you know that the quarterly results are 'on track'?
Have your recent share purchases reflected your confidence? How much of the stock have you bought?
