I think you might be confusing the amounts on their Annual report which are for 9 months ending 31/03/16, with the cash flow statement for first quarter of their new financial year beginning 01/04/16 and also statement of profit and loss and cash flow statement for 9 months ending 31/03/16.
From my calculations Flexiroam's figures are correct, there is also usually a variance between sales and receipts from customers due to the different methods of Accounting involved, Accrual for Sales and Cash for Receipts from customers.
