Agree wholeheartedly that it is counterproductive
to focus on the problems when there is no way for us to address them.

My problem is that I'm impatient.

Problem we have with GGE is our inability to understand the situation when the unknowns outweigh the known.

Good intelligence relies on accurate unbiased reports.
The assessment then needs to be clear in its expression of
the situation . The whole deal, not just the obvious .
We don't have that luxury.

Doing a balancing act Good and Bad does not help to understand the situation .It attempts to lay blame.

Failure to Post a Qrtly for example is an indicator of a problem, not the problem.

The reason why is the Problem.

GGE has problems . To hang them out to air may not be the
best trick in the book.

If we don't have any positive input then why not
