I did suspect this months ago and I think I mentioned it and got a yellow card.....LOL
I will be happy to see GGE spreading the load a little, some wont agree with me but I see no harm in looking at it (PB).
The pattern is established there now and plenty of data to make a valid decision on. GGP will probably be letting go of some at fire sale prices as they appear to be on the bones of their proverbial.
