Mitchad, the Napville GGP WI imo is worth a lot more than most people realise and certainly more than their current MC their mgt would know that. I doubt we would currently have the cash to do it. Perhaps we could use the Res3 but as Louise is free carried for GGP it is most likely only going to add more value to GGP not detract.
