the market has zero confidence that the texon sale of the efs will occur, the rise last week did not hold, so even a mild sense of sp turnaround is snuffed out.
i have held longer, and been at lower ebbs with shares, which held value in the efs.. and always held to the outcome. so its familiar territory,, but imho the deliberate withheld news, and forced disclosures of news through quarterlies is only adding to the pain.
my judgement on the asset is that it simply cannot be the value its been given.. no evidence can be seen by me to justify the price per acre the market gives the texon efs. that part of the investment is pure insanity to me.. i know of acreages with no exploration going for $25k per acre..
my estimation and value i attribute to the investment in the efs in mcmullen is sound, that i am convinced, the fact its not exactly a perfect home for it at texon and has no value attributed to it is both a curse - due to the fact the greater portion of my investing and cap raising support is underwater, and a blessing in disguise - as the total news blackout scorched earth policy at texon continues, there is considerable opportunity if any success is made with the sale of the efs..
all imho and dyor
