Agree,
I thought for a while that oil was coming back in favour but then lo and behold we have this retraction.. And yet underneath all this present 'surplus ' talk is a basic fundamental. Oil and Gas exploration has been at a very low ebb for over 4 years. Trillions need to be spent to avert a crisis. Oil will climb again.
They sure could trim their salaries.
