yeah that's what I thought DB76. Cash on hand by Sept was $57 mil. Mayb, they'll do a CR later, just like what COE & SEA did with their projects.

If u use $250mil as the total Costs & USD150mil is Debt financing then the rest 100mil should b funded from Equity.

That makes the debt to equity ratio of 60% & 40%. Cost of debt is 6%.

Question is whats the cost Equity & the final WACC for the project's NPV ? Was this answered by Ian in the conf call ??
