David,
You seem like a knowledgable guy.
I have a few questions for you, some of which you have partially addressed, but I'm interested in a bit more detail. Perhaps you'll do what the management haven't...answer them!
You mentioned "smart money" i.e. those in the know. If these people are buying, as you suggest is possible, why has the buying been so small? In 2011, the directors were buying up big time (over 5m shares it would seem at 10c to 20c), but haven't been near the market in over 12 months. Volume has crumbled and every time someone steps up to buy, there seems to be a raft of sellers to meet them.
We were told that the reason that the price was down was due to the so-called "rebels" who have been gone for nearly a year, it would seem. However, the price still languishes? If the exiting by the rebels was such a good opportunity, why would the smart guys not use this volume opportunity to get the shares without letting the price get crushed? I am still intrigued by what I see at www.nusepboardreform.info particularly the Price History, which suggests any upswing will be short lived. Do your models suggest otherwise now? What would happen if you ran the model based on data up to say Early Jun 2007 or August 2007 or Early May 2008 or Early April 2011 or July 2011?
From reading the posts here on HC, it appears that our good friends RB and Syd have been active buyers. But with MONTHLY turnover of $10,000 - $100,000, isn't there the possibility of price manipulation? Do you think this could be what the OLD Auditors were referring to when they talked of "creating a false market"?
If I read your analysis right, and I'd like to see your latest numbers, then you suggest it is good buying AT LOWER LEVELS and you suggest it might go lower before going higher?
I don't pretend to be an expert on Technical Analysis, or anything else for that matter, but I learn best by asking questions when I am not sure I fully understand. When I get answers, I usually get some understanding. I hope you can clear some of this up for me.
