Past mining of gold ore bodies at Maldon have demonstrated that the individual ore shoots occurring along the Eaglehawk reef are very large, very rich and generally contain 100's of thousands of ounces of gold. The mining of ultra high grade ore from this reef has been previously recorded. ORS are mining the same reef, in the same goldfield after all. Historically the Eaglehawk reef has supported highly successful large scale mining operations to the north and to the south of where ORS are current mining, so it's hard to imagine why the Alliance South shoot won't contain very large high grade shoots of gold like the ones that were mined from it historically. One may think that ORS could be only moments away from breaking out bonanza grade ore again at Maldon.
The copper in WA may not be a massive sulphide deposit, but could be a disseminated sulphide deposit, does it really matter, it looks like there's plenty of thick commercial grade copper there in abundance anyhow. Hoping they recommence drilling there very soon.
