for people who are holding and have belief or hope that things will turn around, at least they have a reason for holding their shares, ie that they think there will be a turnaround.
characters like jakeb on the other hand hold a firm belief that the only way is down (and like to keep reminding of this), yet their disclosure indicates that they still hold. go figure that.
