Any hoot after the weekend is closed I'll give my connections at KNL a call and ask the 64 mill. question of why are they selling this off? Hopefully will know more to share then!

Have to admit it makes me somewhat sceptical on first reading by the Copulos family have made me plenty of a dollar in the past, however they have also lost me a few. Still, their presence on balance is a vote of confidence!
