Just to clarify, ( and I don't have the papers in front of me) but the shareholder vote is also required to ratify the last three issues to DV.

Of critical importance to my vote is gaining a better understanding as to the necessity to issue any shares at that precise time causing devastation to the SP and for what real economic benefit?

I maintain my initial view of not being opposed in principle to the DV arrangement, but I continue to be at a loss as to the manner in which it has been used to date.
