So what is going on with IIF and IOF? Both going up after being subject ed to negative rumours and/or price capping.

Surely these are not going to merge due to different focus? (office/industrial?)

But bankers ARE pushing REITs to merge to get their debt exposures consolidated.

But the lower IOF gearing would offset IIF's higher gearing, and both have good leasing and ICR's. I wouldn't complain if that deal was announced.
